An evening to gather, celebrate the holidays & give back to our community  Features: Fundraiser for the Moyer Foundation,  An Art Show and a Food Drive  At Magnolia Garden Center as well as the participating merchants of Magnolia Village.  

Village Holiday Open House & Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Friday, November 18th 6PM-9PM

Celebrate the Holiday Season with all of Magnolia Village.  Food, beverages, treats for all.  Start at the Magnolia Garden Center between 5:30 and 6:00PM for caroling followed by the annual lighting of the Magnolia Village Christmas Tree at 6:00PM.  Then enjoy special treats and beverages throughout the Village.  Special features and lots of fun for all.  An annual event for decades in the Village, once a year the Magnolia Merchants put on a great party.  Come on down and enjoy the season.

Halloween Haunted House and Village Open House           Friday, October 31st, 4PM to 6PM

All the little ghosts, goblins, princes and princesses are welcome to visit the Garden Center's inflatable haunted house in the Magnolia Garden Center parking lot.  The Magnolia Village merchants including the Garden Center will offer treats in return for no tricks!

Summerfest Baby Races

When: Following the parade, about 12:00 Noon

Where:  Magnolia Garden Center Parking Lot (32nd W. and W. Smith St.)  Map

What:  A fun and very cute crawling "race" to see which baby gets to the finish line first or if they even leave the start line! 

Who:  Any crawler.  Must not be able to walk.  Walkers will be disqualified!  Prizes to all contestants.  Sign up at Magnolia Garden Center

It's time for a "Guys and Gals' Night Out" in Magnolia Village!  One with shopping, tasting, sipping and pampering!  The monthly "Night Out" series are events just for you on the second Thursday of every month.  Better yet - we, the participating merchants of this great event, want to reward you for coming into our stores!

There will be door prizes, gifts with purchases and exclusive offers so you don't want to miss this event!  Leave the kids with dad and head out for a fabulous night with your BFF!

Saturday February 7, 2009 

Clean N Green Clean-up in Magnolia.  Volunteers cleaned up the Village and some of the surrounding streets in the Magnolia neighborhood.  Garden Center owner Margaret Flaherty led one of the clean-up groups around the Village raking up, picking up trash and getting things generally spruced up.
